If you have a trade dispute with a Chinese partner (whether it is a exporter or importer), you may settle down the dispute by the following ways:

1. Directly negoation with the Chinese partner; or retain a Chinese lawyer to make negotiation with the Chinese partner;

2. If the transaction agreement contains an arbitration clause, you may file an arbitration case following the arbitration clause;

3. If the transaction agreement does not provide any arbitration clause, you may file a court case against the Chinese partner.
