The registration authority charge 0.8‰ of the registration capital as registration fee.

For the amount of registration capital exceeding RMB 10 million, the registration fee for the exceeding amount shall be 0.4‰.

For the amount of registration capital exceeding RMB 100 million, no more fees shall be charged by the authority.
